Valeri: Hi Everyone I am Physical and Health Educator in Hamilton Ontario. My degree is in Kinesiology with a Masters in Education. I have been teaching for almost 15 years and have thrived on the concept of healthy body, healthy mind. This course is a dual credit Fitness and Health for Life course that incorporates extensive health topics and intense physical training. Students are not only granted 2 credits at completion, as well as Standard First Aid, CPR and infection control training.
